Bangor Trial List Deadlines

This list contains both civil and criminal cases that will be scheduled for trial. This list is updated every 60 minutes.

For purposes of scheduling trials, Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 50 requires that scheduling preference be given to criminal proceedings as far as practicable. In addition, scheduling trials for defendants in custody solely because they are awaiting trial, or those defendants designated as high risk, are given preference over other criminal cases pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3164(a).
